How's that Leadership coaching going?

At 185, the leadership team likes to take care of all of their friends. So they have single-handedly kept a friend's fledgling career coaching business afloat by hiring those services for a span of over 2 years for almost all of the "leadership" team. FOR OVER TWO YEARS!!!!!! And yet, despite all this fabulous coaching, the ship is sinking.

Fortunato

There are many employees of 185 who need to be tracked on a daily basis. They disappear for hours at a time for mysterious meetings and other non-viable reasons. They of course don't announce this, they just disappear. But when questioned later, there is always an off-site meeting or something. If totaled up, these boondoggles probably add up to 10-15 hours a week. Nice job................if you can get it.

Halley (aka Hal)

Don't forget about Hal (Captain Buzzword) who use to leave his coat in the car during the winter so you could not tell when he came in and when he was leaving, he use to come in at 9:30 and leave at 4:00 most days. The best is that he use to tell the people that worked for him about his ways and encourage them to do that same. Again everyone knew he did this but nothing ever happened, until he went to work for Steve who said he would fix him, oh ya nothing happeded when he worked for Steve either.
